Orders
It is always advisable to order well in advance of your required delivery date, but we understand deadlines and will always aim to meet your requirements.
We think that you should find it easy to build your order with the shopping basket linked to the site, but you can fax, telephone or e-mail your order if you prefer.
Please not that we are able to accept credit card payments, but at this stage we have not set up a secure trading site, so please contact us with your account details separately.
Prices
All prices are quoted ex-stock in GBP and are subject
to the addition of VAT.
We reserve the right to alter prices and products without prior notice.
Please note that this site is database driven and should be up to date at all times.
Delivery
Goods are dispatched by the most appropriate service – normally 1st class post. High value items are sent by Special Delivery.
For UK orders up to £50 there is a standard delivery charge of £5.00 plus VAT. For orders over £50 delivery is free within the UK. For overseas orders the delivery will be charged at cost.
Claims
Customers are asked to notify us within four days of any damage or shortages for claims to be considered.
Payment
Accounts will be opened for approved customers. Invoices are payable 30 days from Invoice Date.
For one off orders, you may pay by cheque or by credit
